Methodology

Training built like interval sets.

The 80/20 polarized model proven across elite Nordic programs. Most athletes train too hard on easy days and not hard enough on hard ones. We fix that.

01

Base Building

Weeks 1–3

Long aerobic volume, technique drills, mobility work. Your engine needs displacement before it needs RPM.

02

Threshold Development

Weeks 4–6

Tempo intervals and lactate threshold work. The weeks that hurt. The weeks that matter.

03

Race Specificity

Weeks 7–8

Simulation efforts, course-specific terrain, taper protocol. Your body remembers what you practiced.
